<p>PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of clerical work by folding cover recording paper in two, and inserting normal recording paper in the twofold cover recording paper to form a simplified envelope automatically in a simplified envelope preparing device serving as an aftertreatment device additionally provided at an image forming device. CONSTITUTION:This aftertreatment device 1 is provided with many stages of bins 3, a tray 5, a sheet carrier path 7, and the like, and has a sheet receiving port 9 for receiving recording paper discharged from an image forming device. In the case of cover recording paper, the received cover recording paper is turned upward and fed to a stop roller 17. The rotation of the stop roller 17 is stopped at the specified timing to bend the cover recording paper. The bent part is held in by folding rollers 13b, 13c to fold the cover recording paper in two. The twofold cover recording paper is conveyed to a sorter path 7b and then discharged on the bin 3. The opening part spacing of the cover recording paper is enlarged on each bin 3 by a lift lever 40a, and normal recording paper is inserted into the cover recording paper through the enlarged opening part.</p> |
