<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a reoccurrence of a spam mail sent by a vendor to a target of advertisement. SOLUTION: With an e-mail relay device 400A and an e-mail, relay device 400B for relaying an outgoing mail M1 from a sending terminal 100A to a reception terminal 100B, if the outgoing mail is determined by the addressee as being the spam mail, based on a receiving refusal notice from the reception terminal 100B, a warning notice is issued to a sender of the outgoing mail M1; if the warning notice is regenerated by the receiving terminal 100B after the warning notice is issued, a penalty charge notice is issued to the sender.</p> |
