PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support system 1 and a human resources database 13 for structure maintenance management, which can support training of human resources V, skill certification and others through a private sector nonprofit organization (NPO) as a specialist who performs maintenance management of bridges 4 and other structures. SOLUTION: In the view of sharing of technology and the human resources V by performing necessary support and storing various kinds of support data provided by a structure maintenance management support center 2 into a maintenance management support database 3 so as to enable to open data, the human resources V are registered in the structure maintenance management support center 2, and a maintenance management support network 5 is constituted. Supports of training of human resources, skill certification, education center and education contents certification, technology evaluation and certification, and structure specialist dispatch at the time of an accident or disaster are performed, and various kinds of support data are stored in the maintenance management support database 3 to enable to open data. |
