PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate the same result as the calculated result based on a rate matching parameter calculating method standardized by 3GPP in a W-CDMA system with a simple and accelerated calculation method. SOLUTION: When a number of bits transmitted onto radio can not be decided in SET1 and when a number of UL physical channels on the radio of a relevant CH is '1', a maximum number of bits allowable on the radio is defined as a number of received bits. When the number of UL physical channels of the relevant CH is not '1', by finding a number of received bits from the minimum element of a set SET2 found from a number of bits after data compression by means of Puncture, repeated processing on decision conditions is reduced. |
