PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the reduction of the productivity and yield of sintered ores caused by deterioration in permeability in a sintered bed, even when a large quantity of high alumina iron ores are blended, by suppressing the dispersion and dissolution of Al2 O3 . SOLUTION: For preparing pseudo grains with a structure where high alumina iron ores 1, e.g. containing >=2% Al2 O3 , preliminary pseudo grains 12 containing high alumina iron ores 1, and auxiliary raw materials 6 other than a CaO auxiliary raw material are used as an internal layer, and, the outer circumferential surface thereof is coated with a mixed raw material 13 containing common iron ores 2 and a CaO auxiliary raw material 6 to form an external layer, and pseudo grains 14 with double structure are prepared, and, with this grains, as a sintering raw material, sintering is performed by a downward suction type sintering machine.
