PURPOSE: Provided is a ceramic anti-corrosive paint produced by using waste porcelain containers or ceramic powder, which is friendly to environment and dose not need to heat and calcine when drying the coating. CONSTITUTION: The ceramic anti-corrosive paint for the primer comprises 28-32wt% of an acryl resin, a vinyl resin, or a mixture resin, 13-17wt% of purified water, 35-40wt% of the waste ceramic powder, 12-15wt% of ceramic powder, 8-10wt% of inorganic material powder, 1-1.5wt% of an inorganic pigment, and 2-3.5wt% of an anionic surfactant. And the ceramic stain-proof paint for the top coating comprises 32-35wt% of an acryl resin, an SBR resin, or a mixture resin, 12-16wt% of the purified water, 38-45wt% of the waste ceramic powder, 6-8wt% of the ceramic powder, 4-6wt% of the inorganic material powder, 0.6-1wt% of the inorganic pigment, and 2.5-3wt% of a cationic surfactant. |
