PURPOSE: A sea weed reusing an electric pole and constructing method thereof is provided to reduce the fee for manufacturing a sea weed and eliminate the fee for disposing waste electric pole. CONSTITUTION: The sea weed reusing an electric pole and constructing method thereof comprises a plurality of liner elements having a plurality of holes in a bottom; a connecting plate(2) consisting of a space(21) formed on both ends of a middle portion and four joining elements(22) provided in every corners for fixing respective electric poles, wherein, the joining element(22) comprising bolts(23) for a fixing cap(3), a connecting plate(2) and a fixing pin for preventing horizontal movement of the electric pole; a nut which is fixed on the fixing cap(3) having various sizes along the periphery of the electric pole in order to fix the liner element(1) and also fixed on the bolts(23) formed in the connecting plate(2); and a stud bolt(6) threaded through the space(21) in order to fix the stacked connecting plates(2), a nut and a cover plate.
