PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing system for printing the information in detail which a portable terminal cannot display. SOLUTION: This printing system prints a content instructed from the portable terminal 100 to any one of printers 200 of a print station provided with a plurality of printers. An operator uses the portable terminal 100 to communicate with all of the printers 200 provided in the print station through radio communication, and obtains an identifier of the printer 200 and printing function provided in the printer 200, and transmits an instruction for printing to the printer 200 selected on the basis of the presented information. The printer 200 receiving the instruction for printing carries out printing corresponding to the instruction for printing.
