PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to use a dead slot effectively and a power source voltage is decreased by resistance of power source wiring. SOLUTION: A dummy IO slot is used as a power source slot 13a, so that a space of the dead slot can be used effectively. Further, two power slots 13a, 13a are connected in parallel with a power source pad 14a via wirings 15a, 15b. As a result, a resistance value of a first power source wiring 16 from the power source pad 14a to an active element region 12 can be reduced, so that decrease of a power source voltage can be restrained. |
