PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building window illumination method and a building window illumination device used in the same capable of directing a night view of a building colorfully by illuminating a window of the building by reflected light of color light without installing a projector outside of the building and turning off light in a room. SOLUTION: In a plurality of building windows provided with a blind 3 capable of blocking light and a glass 4, color light of a fluorescent lamp 5 with color arranged in a lower part between the blind 3 and the glass 4 and allowing the replacement of a fluorescent tube with color is illuminated and reflected on a reflection face 6 formed by the blind 3 blocking light to let reflected light of color light penetrate the glass 4 in order to illuminate the building windows. |
