PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable obtaining a stable good image even in the case a photoreceptor driving mechanism vibrates. SOLUTION: A test pattern signal is generated by a test pattern image generating means 11, and the signal is transmitted to a writing means 12. A latent image is formed on a photoreceptor 13 by the writing means 12 based on the inputted signal, and a toner image is formed by a developing means 14. Uneven density in the photoreceptor rotating direction is detected by an uneven density detecting part 15, and the uneven density information is transmitted to an image processing method selecting means 16. An optimum processing method is selected by the image processing method selecting means 16 based on the detected uneven density, and the information is transmitted to an image processing means 17. A digital signal such as image data outputted from a terminal is inputted to an image inputting means 18, then, the image data is processed by the image processing means 17 while introducing the selected processing method. |
