PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the connecting power between a rotating shaft and a vibrator. SOLUTION: A groove 13 for fitting thereinto a rotating shaft 12 is formed in a vibrator 10. The peripheral section of the groove 13 in the vibrator 10 is rivetted toward the rotating shaft 12, thus integrally connecting the rotating shaft 12 to the vibrator 10. The connecting power between the rotating shaft 12 and the vibrator 10 due to rivetting is enhanced by forming a hooking dent on the outer surface of the rotating shaft 12.
