PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reporter plasmid having a high sensitivity and a low assay background in a reporter gene assay of an environmental hormone using the reporter plasmid. SOLUTION: Disclosed is a reporter plasmid using α2u globulin promoter as a promoter in a reporter plasmid incorporated the promoter in the upper stream of the reporter gene and a multiple cloning site for inserting an enhancer in the further upper stream of the reporter gene. |
