PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome a problem of a conventional phone terminal comprising a master unit capable of mail transmission reception and a wireless terminal slave unit that cannot have changed a phone terminal system only by replacing the slave unit and a slave unit control unit when the master unit has a management function of the slave unit resulting in being forced to change also the slave unit management function of the master unit side, being unable to enjoy merits of the unit design and unable to develop highly efficient products. SOLUTION: This invention provides a system, device and method where a system unit for managing the master unit transmits all particular mail information managed by the system unit to a slave unit control unit through the communication between the system unit and the slave unit control unit, and the slave unit control unit side divides the mail information depending on the capability of the slave units and transmit the divided mail information to the slave units.
