PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provided a display device, especially a panel of an organic EL- element and a method or manufacturing it. SOLUTION: This organic EL-element has a double scanning structure in which a number of pixels are formed at crossing zones of electrodes. The EL- element comprises a transparent substrate, a first electrode formed on the transparent substrate, an auxiliary electrode connected with the first electrode and formed by overlapping the first electrode at one portion thereof, an organic luminescent layer formed on the first electrode formed on the pixel, and a second electrode formed to cross the first electrode on the organic luminescent layer.
