PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of effectively sealing a hole in advance on the inside of a container in a depressurized or pressurized state. SOLUTION: An effectively high airtight sealing is possible even in a depressurized or pressurized state by generating frictional heat and plastic flow in a hole part of a container through a rotational action of a rotating tool consisting of a pin part and a shoulder part thicker than the pin or a relative movement of the rotational action and the container.
