A system (10) capturing, viewing, and reporting charge related data on a worldwide basis over a network. This system allows users (15) to track all aspects of their charged spending through global and local management information. The system (10) also allows users (15) to manage their organization's charge related data from any location having network (e.g., Internet) access. The system offers analysis tools and reporting capabilities for analyzing and viewing data.
