<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen recovery system provided with freely movable hydrogen manufacturing plants using natural energy most efficiently and easily controllable from land, and capable of planning an optimum sailing schedule for a hydrogen transport tanker. SOLUTION: The hydrogen recovery system is provided with the hydrogen manufacturing plants 20 manufacturing hydrogen by converting natural energy such as tidal energy into electrical energy and electrolyzing sea water by the electrical energy. A ground control base 10 remotely controlling the plant positioned at sea is provided with a weather data and oceanographic observation data receiving function of acquiring weather data and oceanographic observation data, a plant operation monitoring data receiving function of grasping operation statuses of the hydrogen manufacturing plants, and a transport tanker sailing schedule planning function of allocating the transport tanker 11 to respective plants on the basis of the receiving functions. It is characterized by that the sailing schedule planning function is carried out by grasping a position of each plant by signals from a GPS or the like.</p> |
