PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the moving efficiency of a cask by moving the cast in a vertically set state as it is without giving a significant acceleration even in the presence of an uneven ground in the middle of the moving route of the cask. SOLUTION: In this moving device of cask, a plurality of moving passage forming flat plates 1 having height adjusting means 5 at least in four corners are continuously laid on a laying surface 3 that is uneven along the moving direction, and the height of each flat plate 1 is adjusted by the height adjusting means 5 so as not to cause a difference in level between the adjacent flat plates 1, thereby, a moving passage is formed, and buoyancy is given to a moving pallet 2 having the cask 8 fixed thereto by a gas G blown out from an air pallet 10 toward the road surface of the moving route so that the moving pallet 2 is made movable along the moving passage.
