<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically and continuously control a plant which correcting dissociation between actual operation and an operation schedule. SOLUTION: The controller is equipped with a process data storage means 1 which stores data of measured values of various process data of the plant and various parameter set values, etc., a demand predicting means 2 which predicts demand consumption per unit time on an operation day by one day from weather information and past actual remand values, etc., an operation planning means 3 which computes an operation plan of the plant per unit time on the operation day, and a plan monitor means 4 which monitors whether the operation plan of the plant and measured valued of actual process data are within a predetermined dead-zone range and a predetermined upper/lower- limit range in predetermined monitor cycles and draws up the operation plan of the plant again when the measured values still deviate from the dead-zone range and upper/lower-limit range even at predetermined time.</p> |
