CONTROL PROCESS FOR PAINT DISCHARGING APPARATUS USEFUL FOR COATING CAR BODY

PURPOSE: A method for controlling amount of paint output and for selectively discharging through at least two nozzles after pre-detection of the output factors is provided to apply it in automobile painting process. CONSTITUTION: The control method is conducted by specified apparatus(10) for discharging paint and a controller(40). The apparatus(10) comprises a cylindrical barrel(12) to store the paint, a driving gear(22) controlled by a servo-motor(24) and an output housing(32). Within the cylindrical barrel(12), a piston(14) is equipped and connected to a screw rod(16). The piston(14) comes forward/backward inside the barrel(12) depending on rotation of the rod(16) to enter into/discharge outside the paint. Nuts(18) are engaged at the outside of the rod(16) to form a pair of screws and form a series of gear engaging to a driving gear.
