PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent discoloring on a surface of concrete by reducing a contact area with concrete so as to widen an interval between concrete products. SOLUTION: A cushioning material is integrally formed of an outside cylinder, an inside cylinder coaxially arranged in the outside cylinder, radiation plates for connecting the outside cylinder inner peripheral surface with the inside cylinder outer peripheral surface. A plurality of protrusions are formed at upper and lower ends of the outside cylinder. The tip of the protrusion is formed so as to touch the surface of a concrete product. Since the tip of the protrusion provided to the upper and lower ends of the outside cylinder come in contact with the surface of the concrete product, the contact area on the surface of the concrete is extremely reduced and discoloring on the surface of the concrete is prevented. Since the size of the outer cylinder can be arbitrarily enlarged, the space between the concrete products can be enlarged.
