THRUST NEEDLE BEARING FOR SWASH PLATE TYPE COMPRESSOR

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost thrust needle bearing for a swash plate type compressor having excellent abrasion resistance and surface damage resistance. SOLUTION: This thrust needle bearing is used for a portion contacting at least a swash plate for receiving thrust load generated by a rotational move of a main shaft and a reciprocating move of a piston in a swash plate compressor for reciprocating the piston by rotating a wash plate fixed on the main shaft around the main shaft and comprises a rolling body 12 and raceway rings 11a, 11b contacting the rolling body. At least the raceway ring has a surface layer where carbide with a grain size of 0.6μm or larger deposits by particle number per area of 10000-40000/mm<2> .
