PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a disk and a method for forming a transmissive layer thereof are provided to improve the uniformity of the transmissive layer. CONSTITUTION: A spin coating part applies resin on a disk substrate mounted on a spindle table. A spindle motor(40) rotates the spindle table. A discharging header has a discharging nozzle for injecting the resin. A support supports the discharging header to be movable. A spin coating controller controls the spindle motor, the discharging header, and the support part to discharge the resin to the center of the disk substrate. A resin hardening part hardens the resin applied on the disk substrate. An ultraviolet ray emitting part(60) includes a lamp(62) emitting ultraviolet rays, and a mirror(63) reflecting the ultraviolet rays. A support part supports the ultraviolet ray emitting part to be movable. A resin hardening controller(50) controls the ultraviolet ray emitting part and the support part.
