SOLUTION: An information circulation server 201 which can be referred to from an intelligent network 106 and the Internet 109 is disposed. Use history information on connection service by the intelligent network, use history information on the Internet and user information are stored in the information circulation server 201. The use history information or data obtained by working it is supplied to the user or a provider from the information circulation server 201 through the Internet 109.
