PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel and compact Bluetooth RF circuit and a Bluetooth RF module, having integrated circuit elements constituting the RF circuit. SOLUTION: The module comprises a circulator connected in between a transmission circuit, a reception circuit and an antenna for connecting the transmission circuit to the antenna on one and the reception circuit to the antenna, a first balun element inserted between the circulator and the transmission circuit and a second balun element inserted between the circulator and the reception circuit.
