PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply unit which satisfies conditions to supply electrical power to a plasma display panel which depends on setting of video element, brightness and contrast in various methods and requires a plurality of power source voltages. SOLUTION: An active network filter 1 which is not electrically insulated is provided to generate a constant DC voltage from an AC power supply. A DC-DC voltage converter 4 is connected to the output portions of the first output 6, second output 7, and output of an active network which is electrically insulated between the constant DC voltage and output. Regulators 5, 5' are assigned to the DC-DC voltage converter 4 to adjust voltage of the first output 6. Moreover, a voltage actuator 11 is connected in series to at least second output 7.
