PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a power distribution panel which can shorten the time required for assembling work of power distribution panel and wiring work thereof. SOLUTION: This power distribution panel is provided with a casing 1, a panel 7 mounted to this casing 1, plug sockets 4 mounted to this panel 7 and a power receiving board 5 mounted to the panel 7 to supply the electrical power to the plug sockets 4. Moreover, a circuit breaker 3 to cut off a current to the plug socket 4 from the power receiving board 5 is also mounted to the panel 7. Therefore, the work for fixing the plug sockets 4 to the panel 7 can be done in separation from a series of assembling work of the power distribution panel.
