FIELD: manufacture of building structures from concrete mixture. SUBSTANCE: plate of permanent forms is manufactured by positioning of tightened rod fittings in form, by laying of lower layer of concrete mixture with thickness of 40-50 mm in 15-25 s in form, by insertion of at least four vibration hollow-core forming mandrels (round with radius 70-90 mm, or elliptical with small radius 70-90 mm of cross-section) placed in form at distance between their axes equal to 200-370 mm. Upper layer of concrete mixture is laid with dipping of vibration hollow-core forming mandrels to 0.4-0.7 of their diameter, concrete mixture is compacted with the aid of weight to form longitudinal ribs reinforced , for instance, with flat cages with fitting outlets in some parts of them as minimum which are arranged over their length perpendicular to plane of plate at distance of 200-300 mm between pairs. Then forms are removed, plate is treated with heat, ends of rod fittings are cut and plate is removed from tray. EFFECT: reduced labor input and usage of materials for process manufacturing plate of permanent forms. 7 cl, 2 dwg |
