PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multistack microanalyzer which is microminiature and ultra-lightwieght in a palmtop size, which is low-cost and by which various gases and liquids can be measured with high accuracy. SOLUTION: A plurality of microchips 1 to 3, each of which is constituted of a chemical reaction part 4, a measuring part 5 equipped with a cell 13, a light source 14 and a detector 15 and a signal processing part 5 used to perform a concentration computing operation, a sensitivity correction and the like as units are piled up in the vertical directions so as to be freely separable.
