METHOD FOR COLLECTING M-STAGE OR G1-STAGE CELL AND METHOD FOR TRANSPLANTING NUCLEUS USING THE CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for collecting M-stage cell or G1 -stage cell in a recovered cell population in which the ratio of cells in the M-stage or the G1 -stage in a cell cycle is higher compared with that of a conventional method. SOLUTION: The method for collecting the M-stage cells includes (1) a process for culturing mammal cells on a support in the presence of a cell-division metaphase synchronizing agent, (2) a process for shaking the support and collecting the cells separated from the support and (3) a process for collecting the cells having >=20μm diameter from the recovered cell population. The method for collecting the G1 -stage cells includes (1) the process for culturing mammal cells on the support in the presence of the cell-division metaphase synchronizing agent, (2) the process for shaking the support and collecting the cells separated from the support, (3) a process for culturing the recovered cells in the absence of the cell-division metaphase synchronizing agent and (4) a process for collecting the cells having <=15μm diameter from the cultured cell population.
