PURPOSE: A casing capable of receiving a portable battery for a portable electronic instrument is provided by using a battery case with a single injection structure. Thereby, it makes possible to use any kinds of readily available batteries, regardless of the kind of a portable battery, or a storage recycling battery that is already in use in other electronic instruments. CONSTITUTION: The battery casing structure of an electric power supplied portable electronic instrument comprising a body(101) of a portable electronic instrument, a battery case having a battery recipient part(103a,103b) in the body, and contact terminals formed on each both end of the battery case is characterized by comprising a common battery case(103) having a battery receiving part capable of receiving at least two kinds of batteries that are different in size or shape; and a plurality of contact terminals(105,106) corresponding to the at least two kinds of batteries received in the common battery case.
