<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new recycling system for preventing liquefaction of the ground, using a drain member in a construction method solving a problem in a conventional liquefaction preventing construction method through the reclaiming treatment of waste styrene foam solving a problem in a conventional solvent volume reducing method, and the drain member formed of the whole or a part of a reclaimed material acquired by the treatment. SOLUTION: This recycling system comprises a first process for charging a waste synthetic resin product such as waste styrene foam in a water-sealed solvent in a dissolver to dissolve the waste styrene foam in a liquid state, then separating the liquid treated material of the waste styrene foam dissolved in the liquid state, into styrene content and solvent content and treating and processing the styrene content as a reclaimed material; a second process for forming the whole or a part of the reclaimed material acquired in the first process, as a drain member of a three- dimensional cavity structure body to be buried in the ground to dissipate surplus pore water pressure generated by an earthquake, to thereby prevent liquefaction caused by the earthquake; and a third process for burying the drain member acquired in the second process, in the ground to prevent the liquefaction of the ground.</p> |
