The connector piece (12) and/or waste pipe (11) are provided with at least one sleeve (19, 23) for two or more eccentric positions with different distances (V1) between the central axes (M2, MRA) for the sleeve and the tube section forming the connector piece. The fastener and connector device (10) comprises a tubular connector piece extending between the sanitary item (13) and waste pipe. The connector piece has an eccentric sleeve at one or both ends. The sleeve on the sanitary item side of the connector piece is located at a specific distance from the fastener bolts used to secure the sanitary item and flush pipe (15) to a wall. An independent claim is also included for a connector piece for connecting a sanitary item to a curved waste pipe, having eccentric sleeves with different eccentricities at both ends, one of the sleeves being removable.
