PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workflow management device and a workflow management program that simplify the work of each person responsible and have a simple configuration as against conventional examples. SOLUTION: A HTTP server device 20 is connected to a database server device 40 with a database memory 40a storing a database for managing progress status in a plurality of work processes in a given workflow, and has a hard disk drive 8 storing a workflow definition table 40c that defines the transition sequence of the status of each work process in the workflow. A main control part 1 of the HTTP server device 20, when the progress from one status to another status changes, refers to the workflow definition table 40c to update (steps S2-S3 in figure 15) the database so that the status at the current position in the work process is moved, and also, when the progress changes, notifies (step S5) a given destination of the relevant progress change by electronic mail. |
