A disc 4 secured to one end of the shaft extends radially beyond the shaft and engages the end face of the sleeve perpendicular to the axis of the sleeve. The disc 4 or a disc secured to it engages with an end cap 8 in the bore of the roller. The disc 4 is preferably of self-lubricating material e.g. a composite of PTFE, bronze and graphite, having a metal backing. |
