An automatic generating device for a 3-D structure shape for automatically generating a 3-D structure shape from a plurality of point groups each having 3-D coordinates including height information; the device comprising means for constituting the group of point groups by collecting points within a specified threshold value from distances between three dimensions forming points or the two dimensional distances and height difference between points means for surrounding point groups within the group of point groups by using at least one specified polygon and extracting a polygon of a minimum area and means for generating the outer frame shape or roof top shape of a 3-D structure from the polygon of a minimum area period;
