摘要 PURPOSE: An optical adjusting structure using a film having a heat sensitive high polymeric substance and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to easily achieve a continuous mass production using a composition of low costs and a film manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: A light modulating film(2) is sealed at an inner surface of substrates(1) as one cell. The substrates(1) are formed by a multiple layer. A film(3) includes a light modulating film or a water absorption/emission film. The film(3) absorbs water emitted from the light modulating film(2). A sealant(5) prevent waters present in the film and a space(6) from leaking. The sealant(5) includes a polyvinyl butyral, an EVA resin, an epoxy resin, an acrylic resin, an isobutylene, a silicon, a polyurethane resin, a polysulfide, or a frit. The space(6) stores the waters emitted from the light modulating film(2) and the film(3) during an increase of a temperature.
