<p>The invention relates to a textile fabric for the base structure of printing blankets, which is characterised in that the fibres of the fabric are fixed by means of an organic film-forming polymer, which reduces the elastic properties of the fibre material and which is formed by treatment of the fibres with an aqueous solution, dispersion, emulsion or suspension of a polymer pre-cursor and subsequent cross-linking. The invention further relates to a method for the production of said textile fabric.</p> |
