PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal digital assistant with a camera function which improves operability by simplifying a process of connecting to the Internet and a process of retrieving Web pages. SOLUTION: The personal digital assistant includes a camera 1, an address data table 21 for storing logo marks and corresponding address data of Web pages represented by the respective logo marks, a registration part 3 for registering in the address data table 21 a new address data corresponding to a new logo mark, an image recognition part 4 for recognizing an optional logo mark photographed by the camera 1, a collating part 6 for collating the logo mark recognized by the recognition part 4 with the logo mark stored in the data table 21, and a control part 10. In a connection mode to the Internet, the control part 10 recognizes by the recognition part 4 the optional logo mark photographed by the camera 1, collates it by the collating part 6, and, if the logo mark is identified, accesses the address corresponding to the logo mark.
