摘要 PURPOSE: An online customer inducing system and method is provided to induce customers over the internet or via affiliated stores, to give the customers various discount favors so that it can enhance a revenue. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises an affiliated store and customer management module(1, 2), a point management module(3), a payment reserve money management module(4), a database management system(5), and a database. The affiliated store and customer management module(1, 2) induces the affiliate stores and the customers, issues a member card, and enables the members to search for goods information. The point management module(3) allots a profit to the affiliated store and the customer according to a contracted allotment ratio in a case that the customer purchases goods at the affiliated store, and accumulates a point based on the allotted profit. The payment reserve money management module(4) receives the payment reserve money from the member according to the profit allotment ratio, and stores the payment reserve money for a period. The database management system(5) manages the card number, the goods information, the purchase information, the reserve money and the profit allotment information for each member. The database, controlled by the database management system(5), stores the member information, the goods information, the purchase information, and the profit allotment information.
