PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for easily collecting dog excretions without sticking (falling) to the road. SOLUTION: A foldable vessel 5 is detachably nipped with a clip attached to a rod 6 and the vessel 5 is displaced with the rod 6 to receive the excretions of a dog 2 into the vessel 5. Since dog excretions can be directly received into the vessel 5, the road surface is inhibited from being soiled and is kept hygienic. In addition, the tool is easily portable, when the dog is taken out for a walk, because the structure is simple and the vessel is separable from the rod 6. When the excretion is recovered, the needed operation is only one that the clip 8 is used to nip the connection piece 11 set to the vessel. The tool is assembled, while the dog gets ready, to collect dog excretions.
