PURPOSE: A brake system of a vehicle is provided to improve the convenience of a driver and to assist the driver for a safe travel by maintaining the brake pressure supplied to a brake body until the driver steps on an accelerator pedal. CONSTITUTION: A brake system of a vehicle includes a hydraulic supply device(100) installed on the line of a brake pipe between a master cylinder and a brake body. The hydraulic supply device comprises a housing unit(110) connected with the master cylinder and the brake body, a hydraulic supply valve unit(130) selectively opened and closed to supply the hydraulic pressure transmitted from the master cylinder to the brake body, a hydraulic return valve unit(150) selectively opened and closed to return the hydraulic pressure of the brake body to a reservoir tank when brake power is removed, a valve control unit(170) for restricting the return of the hydraulic pressure when a vehicle speed is zero and a throttle valve opening degree is zero, and a pressure generating valve(190) performing the function of the valve control unit by using the intake vacuum pressure and exhaust vacuum pressure.
