PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working truck which enables a duct to be mounted on a crown part of an inner surface while moving on dedicated rails laid in a tunnel via crossties, brings about an improvement in the efficiency of mounting operations and the safety of operators, does not obstruct the other operations in the tunnel, and enables the crossties to be removed after completion of mounting. SOLUTION: The dedicated rails 4 are provided in the tunnel 1 via the crossties 3, so as to enable traveling of the working truck 5. The working truck 5 is equipped with a duct hoisting and moving means 11 and a crosstie removing means 18; workbenches 9 are installed in an opposed manner in an upper part of a base 7; and approximately tower-shaped leg parts 8, which are provided in a lower part of the base 7, are fitted with wheels 10. An interval between the dedicated rails 4 is made long in such a manner that the dedicated rails 4 straddle rails 6 on which the other trucks, etc., travel, so that the other trucks, etc., can pass through the inside of a space S sandwiched between the leg parts 8. The duct 2 is mounted in such a manner as to be hoisted and positioned by the means 11, and the crossties 3 are sequentially removed by the means 18 while the working truck 5 is made to retreat after the completion of the mounting of the duct 2.
