PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic oven wherein the time up to starting of oscillation of a magnetron from the supply of electric power is shortened and cooking time is decreased. SOLUTION: There are provided a door 3, a control section 13, a high voltage transformer 10 including a first wiring 10a, a second wiring 10b, and a third wiring 10c all connected with a power supply, a magnetron 12 to which high voltage is supplied from the second wiring 10b of the high voltage transformer 10, a magnetron filament 12b connected with the third wiring 10c of the high voltage transformer 10, a relay 7 (first switch) switched on following the closing of the door 3 to supply voltage to the magnetron filament 12b, and a relay 8 (second switch) controlled by the control section 13 when the starting operation for the cooking is performed after the relay 7 (first switch) is switched on, and switched on to supply high voltage to the magnetron 12.
