PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always make emitted laser beam horizontal even if an error is contained in a rotary mechanism in a laser aiming device for emitting laser beam from the rotary mechanism to form a reference surface. SOLUTION: The laser aiming device has a light emitting part holder 37, a rotary part holder 48 provided to the light emitting part holder in a freely rotatable manner, a laser beam source 38 provided to the light emitting part holder and emitting laser beam to a light emitting optical axis 40 along the center of rotation of the rotary part holder, and light path deflection members 55 and 56 provided to the rotary part holder and deflecting the laser beam incident from the laser beam source at a right angle to the light emitting optical axis 40.
