SUBSTANCE: the suggested composition contains a copolymer based upon N-vinylcaprolactam, N- vinylpyrrolidone and N-vinylimidazole and a surfaceactive substance representing, at least, one ethoxylated monoalkyl ether with 6-15 carbon atoms at the following ratio of components, weight%: the mentioned copolymer 0.1-10, the mentioned surface-active substance 0.1-10, water - the rest. The suggested watery composition provides high skin tolerance, high adhesion to skin and hair, water-resisting property, flexible hair fixation and other positive cosmetic properties.
