PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored polycarbonate flame-retardant resin composition having simultaneously a high flame retardancy for its thin-walled molded items, a good dispersibility of a coloring agent, a low die-contamination, an excellent melt-flowability, an excellent impact resistance and to provide its preparation process. SOLUTION: This colored polycarbonate flame-retardant resin composition contains (A) 50-95 pt.wt. of an aromatic polycarbonate resin, (B) 50-5 pt.wt. of a rubber-modified styrene resin, (C) 5-30 pt.wt., against 100 pts.wt. of the total of components (A) and (B), of at least one organic phosphorous compound oligomer, (C) 0.05-1 pt.wt. of a fluoro polymer, (E) 0.001-3 pt.wt., against 100 pts.wt. of the total of components (A), (B), (C) and (D), of a silicone oil, (F) 0.0001-10 pt.wt. of a coloring agent and (G) not more than 3,000 ppm of the total amount of a lubricant.
