PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with sealing by eliminating joining of two separators which is normal needed connectionally, facilitate embedding or removal of a core into or from a separator, easily form a cooling water passage, generate no contact resistance because there is no separators, and prevent lowering in the output of a fuel cell. SOLUTION: The separator is molded by interposing the core 31 for forming the cooling water passage and a holding plate 32 holding the core 31 between two performs 17, 17 and compression-heating the performs 17, 17, the core 31, and the holding plate 32 in a lump, and the core 31 is melted and removed in a heating process to form the cooling water passage. |
