PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable cargo platform which can supply building materials to a required place at a required time. SOLUTION: The movable cargo platform is movably set on a traveling rail erected between beams after erection of a steel frame, and provided with wheels for traveling on the traveling rail, and an outrigger for fixing the platform to a fixed location in order to prevent movement thereof. Further, the movable cargo platform has a rail gripping apparatus mounted on a lower surface thereof, which hoists the traveling rail erected between the beams, for rotating the same.
